Security?

How are you allowing access to Traveler? Do you have a group of users who are allowed, or allowing access by anyone who has a Person Doc? Is your Traveler Server in the ACL to allow access to the mail file, or in the LocalDomainServers group? Have you looked at inetlockout.nsf? Have you check lotustraveler.nsf to see if the device has connected?
